Being first time home buyers – there is so much that we had no idea how the process even worked. We were trying to get as educated as possible but let’s be honest, google only gets you so far. That is where Megan Beechen comes in.. She was the best resource we could have had with us through this new experience. Every single question we had, she either had the answer or the drive to get us the correct answer. She was always response, pleasant, knowledgable and invested in finding us the best fit for our growing family. We were also looking at a time when the market was not heavily saturated with houses and demand was high – she worked diligently to always get us into showings as quickly as possible so we had the opportunity to see the house before it inevitably went contingent. If you are looking for someone who lives, breathes, and LOVES their job – she’s your girl. We are so happy we had her with us during this process (especially with the added curve ball of buying during the COVID Pandemic) She went above and beyond to be sure that we explored all our options, negotiated a great price and got us a quick closing. I called to receive information about a rental that was listed as active on their website. I talked to the agent that represented the rental (Anna Kedryna) and she was rude and off-putting. She stated that the rental was not active and there was not a listing on their site, when I was literally staring at it on my computer. All this to say, I was interested in working with their team to find a rental, but after that encounter, I will not be. Additionally, they apparently do not keep their website up-to-date, which kind of defeats the purpose of having one. Yikes!

If you would like to deal with a bunch of 10 year olds, with the inability to have a conversation, this is the place for you. Liars, nuts, and laziness. One realtor would rather discuss people’s personal life and gossip than sell a home. The office supervisor was caught in three lie in less than an hour by us. The office manager doesn’t know her place when it comes to contracts and court matters. The owner broker is still wet behind his ears. At the end of the day though, it’s all just comic that place is able too stay in business. Thanks for all the laughs.

While trying to sell our former house, we discovered Megan Beechen through a very impressive neighborhood folder left on the driveway at our new house. My first thought was “if this person is willing to produce this quality of targeted marketing material for a whole subdivision, she’s at least worth a second look.” That was the first of several very good decisions we made with Megan.

I do commercial real estate, but know nothing about residential (as I learned). We needed someone who not only had great marketing skills, but knew exactly how to prepare the house for sale and wasn’t afraid to tell us. We followed Megan’s advice to the letter. She also advised us on a brilliant pricing strategy that we followed to the letter.

With our previous attempt to sell, we received 1 low-ball offer over the course of 3 months. With Megan’s strategy and guidance, we listed the property on a Thursday, had 6 showings by Sunday, and 2 offers by Monday. When evaluating the offers, she provided expert advice not only on the business terms, but even the pros and cons of the prospective-buyers’ lenders. Bottom line is she got us a full-price offer, with the buyer using our preferred lender, and a closing timeframe that exceeded our expectations!
